Then one day, I decided to stop dreaming and actually start renting locations myself.
My first rental location was a small 1-bedroom condo in Las Vegas. It wasn’t perfect, but it had potential—and I had hope.
I learned everything on the fly—from logistics on a budget to dealing with my first guest check-in. It was equal parts exciting and terrifying, and not always successful.
I had no clue what I was doing at first, but I knew how I wanted my customers to feel.
From that first rental and customer contact, S&T Properties LLC has started to grow. I reinvested, partnered with local teams, and began offering stays in more locations and alternate forms of income.
It wasn’t just about renting spaces or collecting fees—it was about creating memorable experiences and successful collaborations. Whether it was for a weekend getaway or a cross-country trip, I wanted customers to feel safe and secure.
Each rental opportunity was personally chosen, from the potential activities and the amenities, to the communications that took place. I would try to think of the little things that would turn a good experience into a great one.
For me, it’s always been about the connections. Collaboration connects people. My business connects people to satisfaction, financial security, and unforgettable experiences.
