How Our Process Works:
Our model is simple, affordable, and—most importantly—effective.
We start with a FREE introductory Zoom meeting, which you can schedule right on our website: www.stproperties53.com.
This is a low-pressure, informal conversation where we’ll learn about your goals and see if our services are a good fit.
If we agree there’s potential, we’ll schedule a second, low-cost Zoom session to create a customized rental plan. We’ll identify the best listing platforms, build a strategy for your available time or points, and set realistic goals.
Even if you only commit to these two sessions, the value is well worth it. I’ve done the research—and compared to other companies, we’re extremely cost-effective.
Growing Together:
From there, we begin creating listings—starting small, with 10 or fewer—and scaling up as bookings roll in. If you need help setting up your software accounts, we can assist with that too.
Want someone to manage the entire process for you? We can do that, for a small percentage of your booking fees. But that part’s totally optional.
